2021 INDIVIDUAL TICKET SEATING POLICY
For the 2021 season, individual game tickets will operate on a general admission basis. Your ticket entitles you to a seat in the specific section that you ordered. General admission tickets state that this ticket does not entitle you to a specific seat in the section. If a ticket holder has the specific seats you are in, that ticket holder has the right to those seats. Please adhere to the section location on your ticket, as the section capacity complies with the guidelines set by governmental and health officials. The Long Island Ducks have the right to change open seating rows at any time.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY; LICENSE
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease than can lead to severe illness and death. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place regardless of precautions that may be taken. The ticket holder, on their behalf and on behalf of any accompanying parties, agrees to (1) Assume all risks associated with COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, (2) Comply with all related Health & Safety Policies of New York State and the County of Suffolk, New York and the Long Island Ducks Professional Baseball Club, LLC/Operator.
