The Long Island Ducks and Great South Bay Hospitality, the official food and beverage service operator of the Ducks, host a Job Fair at Fairfield Properties Ballpark each year prior to the start of the season. Those interested in available seasonal positions for the upcoming season are strongly encouraged to attend.

All applicants must be 16 years of age or older. The Ducks and GSBH will accept applications and conduct interviews at the Job Fair, and those that attend will receive first consideration for employment during the season.
