Lancaster took a 2-0 lead in the second on RBI singles by Dayton Buller and Kyle Haines off Ducks starter Derek Blacksher. Ralph Henriquez cut the deficit in half for Long Island in the bottom of the frame with a solo homer to right off Barnstormers starter Jeff Bennett.

Bennett (1-1) collected the win, tossing five innings, allowing just one run on two hits with three strikeouts. Blacksher (0-1) suffered the loss, yielding seven runs on 10 hits in four innings of work.
