The Ducks pulled to within 3-2 on Ruben Gotay’s RBI groundout in the third. Bridgeport took a 4-2 lead in the fourth on an error, but in the fifth, Delta Cleary Jr.’s RBI single cut Long Island’s deficit back to one at 4-3. Matt Wessinger’s two-run single in the eighth gave the Ducks a 5-4 lead.
