The Long Island Ducks and Great South Bay Hospitality (GSBH), the official food and beverage service operator of the Ducks, hold a seasonal game day staff Job Fair at Fairfield Properties Ballpark each year. Those who attend the Job Fair will receive first consideration for employment during the upcoming season.

Those who cannot attend the Job Fair but are still interested in available game day staff positions may complete an application by clicking below. All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
