PATRIOTIC JERSEY AUCTION A GREAT SUCCESS!

Place your bids on game-worn Long Island Ducks jerseys

The Long Island Ducks annual Patriotic Jersey Auction was another resounding success in 2016. Fans were able to place their bids on these special red, white and blue jerseys, which were worn during the Ducks' 5-2 win on July 3 to celebrate Independence Day and for their 2-0 win on July 30, which was Military Appreciation Night at Bethpage Ballpark, presented by Northrop Grumman.

Bids started at $75 and were increased in minimum $10 increments. Bidding ran through the conclusion of the top of the seventh inning during the July 30 game against the Skeeters, and fans were place their bids at the Waddle In Shop on the main concourse behind home plate or by phone.

Proceeds from the auction will benefit the QuackerJack Foundation, the charitable arm of the Long Island Ducks. All donations are tax deductible. The QuackerJack Foundation has contributed to thousands of non-profit and like organizations each year while bringing awareness to worthy programs and causes in need of assistance on Long Island.

Below are the winning bidders from this year's Patriotic Jersey Auction. Fans can pick up their jerseys beginning on Sunday, July 31. The Waddle In Shop is open
on game days from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and during the game from inside the ballpark only. On non-game days, the store is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
