QUACKERJACK VISITS EAST ISLIP

Ducks’ mascot & Street Team prepare fans for Playoffs

(East Islip, N.Y., Sept. 19, 2011) – Long Island Ducks’ mascot QuackerJack and the Ducks’ Street Team headed south to visit the neighborhoods of East Islip. QJ was so excited to see his friends and inform them about the Ducks’ playoff run this September, in hopes of sharing a championship win with his fellow Long Islanders. QJ and the Ducks Van roamed around town to say hello and have some fun with all of their friends in town.

Long Island’s favorite mascot gave out plenty of hugs and high fives, and even got to throw the football around with some friends. QJ took photos with plenty of fans and even showed off his bike riding skills as he popped wheelies and did circles around the blocks!

QuackerJack had plenty of fun and knows he can count on his friends in East Islip for their support. QJ hopes to see you all at the ballpark during the Ducks’ road to the championship!

The Long Island Ducks play their home games at Bethpage Ballpark and are in their 12^th season of play. Individual game tickets for the 2011 season are on sale now.
