QJ VISITS IVY LEAGUE DAY CAMP

(Smithtown, N.Y., Aug. 12, 2010) - Nobody can shake their tail feather quite like Long Island’s own QuackerJack. On Thursday, QJ went to visit his friends at the Ivy League Day Camp in Smithtown to take on Sparky from the Islanders and the camp’s own Bennie the Bear in a team spirit day “dance off.”

After some pretty amazing pre-show dance performances, the mascots took to the stage in a head-to-head battle for the title of dance king! QJ showed off some serious moves on the dance floor, and with some heavy competition from Sparky and Bennie, the game was on! Just like at a Ducks game, QJ displayed his best dancing. From spinning on the floor, to raising the roof, the crowd went wild! Once all the dance moves were thrown, the crowd cheered for their favorite mascot and QJ was the lucky winner!!

Never in the camp’s history has any mascot received such a huge round of applause and cheers! QJ is incredibly thankful for the opportunity given to him to perform in front of all the campers and applauds his fierce competitors for a job well done.
